Is the intro call really free?

Yes. The intro call is free and there's no commitment. It's a conversation about your goals, to make sure we're the right fit before you commit to anything.

How do I know which dietitian is right for me?

Location is usually the deciding factor — Macie serves the Roanoke area in person and Kelsey serves Richmond. Both see virtual clients throughout Virginia. If you're unsure, select "Not sure yet" and we'll help you choose based on availability and fit.

Do you accept insurance?

We're private pay and are not in-network with any plan. HSA and FSA funds are generally eligible for a diagnosed condition with a letter of medical necessity from your doctor.
